Strovili ( Greek Στροβίλι ( n. Sg. ) Also Strofili (Στροφίλι)) is a small Greek island about 200 m off the northeast coast of Chios in the Inousses Channel (Δίαυλος Οινουσών). The uninhabited rock island is administered by the municipality of Kardamyla .
During the Genoese occupation (1346–1566) one of the watchtowers of Chios was located on the island .
Strovili is part of the 36.5 km² Natura 2000 area of Northern Chios and Inousses (Βόρεια Χίος και Νήσοι Οινούσες) GR 4130001.
