The Stubwieswipfel is 1786 m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Dead Mountains , whose 250 m high south face forms the northern end of the Wurzeralm. The frequently visited hiking mountain is considered the local mountain of the Linz house . In winter, the summit is the destination of a popular ski tour. Many climbing routes lead through the south face.
