history

On November 8, 1858, the University of Bern issued new regulations for the patent examination of advocates and notaries, with some complications. The legal candidates at the time saw that the difficulties could best be countered through a merger and a solid association that promoted studies. After several attempts, on June 18, 1862 stud. iur. Bangerter at the Speichergasse 8 (today 33) introduced four more legal practitioners and signed the statutes drawn up by Bangerter and Scheurer without any major changes. The Concordia is one of the oldest student associations in the city of Bern.

Club magazine

Up until 1994, Concordia published its magazine Der Concordianer every semester , from 1995 the semester sheet .
