Stuppelau is a district of Langenau in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg .
The hamlet , which belongs to the Albeck district, is about two and a half kilometers west of Albeck and one kilometer from Osterstetten .
history
Stuppelau was first handed down in 1361 as a Stuppenloch. The Anhausen Monastery was wealthy in the village in 1143. The Counts of Werdenberg acquired three farms from the von Bernstadt in 1361, but sold them to the Gassolt in Ulm in 1377.
