The sacred spring of Su Putzu is located southeast of Orroli in the province of Nuoro in Sardinia . Not to be confused with Putzu sacru de Sant'Anastàsia by Sardara .

The sacred spring ( Italian Pozzo sacro ) is located in the Nuragic settlement ( Italian Villagio nuragico ) Su Putzu, southwest of the Nuraghe Arrubiu .

The partially preserved Tholos above the spring has a remaining height of about 4.0 m, a diameter of 2.4 m and partially preserved steps. The monument and settlement of round huts, some of which are interconnected and some in good condition, are believed to date from the late Bronze Age .
