Subida Urkiola

The Subida a Urkiola cycle race was a one-day race that took place annually at the beginning of August in the Basque Country in Spain . The race started in Durango , the goal was the Alto de Urkiola. The first event was in 1931, but the race has only been held regularly since 1984. The race has been part of this racing series since the UCI Europe Tour was introduced in 2005 and classified in category 1.1.
