Sue Jones-Davies

Sue Jones-Davies (* 1. January 1949 ) is one of Wales dating British actress , singer and politician ( Plaid Cymru ).

Life

She graduated from Bristol University . Jones-Davies played in the original London production of Jesus Christ Superstar and as Judith in the 1979 Monty Python comedy The Life of Brian . She also appeared in several British television series . In the 1970s, Jones-Davies sang for The Bowles Brothers Band . Lately she has devoted herself to the Welsh language in the music group Cusan Tan and on Welsh television.

From 2008 to 2009 she was mayor, since then a councilor for the Welsh city of Aberystwyth . She campaigned for the lifting of an alleged ban on the screenings of Brian's life in Aberystwyth in 2008 , which it turned out to have never existed. She was married and has three sons.
