Sue McIntyre
Sue McIntyre is an Australian ecologist .
Life
McIntyre graduated from the Faculty of Botany (B.Sc. 1980), graduated from Melbourne University in 1987 with a PhD , was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of New England and worked at CSIRO for 20 years . She works at the Fenner School at the Australian National University and at CSIRO.
Act
McIntyre has made numerous contributions on the management of native vegetation in production landscapes and has made a lasting impact on knowledge of landscaping, land use limits, and the effects of disturbance, including vegetation grazing. She has researched meadow and forest management in Europe and Eastern Australia, from the tropics to the temperate zones. She also deals with biodiversity and climate change in her work .
