Sukuta is a town in the West African state of Gambia .

According to a calculation for 2013, around 570 inhabitants live there, the result of the last published census from 1993 was 492.

geography

Sukuta is located in the Lower River Region in the Jarra East district , close to the border with Senegal . The place is about 5.4 kilometers east of Pakali Ba on the South Bank Road .
