Sulaiman (Brunei)
Sultan Sulaiman ibn 'Ali ibn' Ajlan ( Arabic الـسـلـطـان سـلـيـمـان ابـن عـلي ابـن عـجـلان) was the fourth Sultan of Brunei according to the tradition of the Silsilah Raja-Raja Berunai . He succeeded his father Sharif Ali to the throne in 1432 and ruled until his abdication in 1485, leaving his son Bolkiah to the sultanate.
Domination
During his reign, he continued his father's policy and strengthened the spread of Islam and the expansion of Kota Batu . He received the ruler name " Raja Tua ". Oral tradition says that he was over 100 years old. In the Boxer Codex he is listed by the Spaniards under the name Soliman .
death
Sultan Sulaiman died in 1511. His tombstone is in Jalan Subok , Brunei .
