The Summers Glacier is a glacier in the Victory Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the area west of Latino Peak in a southerly direction and flows into the Pearl Harbor Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after James L. Summers, senior plumber at McMurdo Station in the year 1967.
