Supreme Clientele reached number 7 on the US Billboard 200 . In total, the release stayed in the United States' album charts for 19 weeks. As the only album so far, Ghostface Killah, Supreme Clientele positioned itself in the German charts. It rose to rank 75 and dropped to number 87 in the second and final week.

criticism

The e-zine Laut.de rated Supreme Clientele with five out of a possible five points in the “Milestones” section. From the point of view of the editor Stefan Johannesberg, Ghostface Killah mixes “ completely wacky lyrics, soul-bap-bangers in a tough New York-style, sympathetic loudmouths, Ironman references, weird-saw hooks, beats that only loop a scratch, and conversations about that Laying down all the women in the rap game to a crazy and strangely, perfectly harmonious tasting cocktail. “On pieces like the“ bad rumblingMighty Healthy , the“ almost Italian-electro-poppyCherchez La Ghost and Stroke Of Death , whose“ disturbing backward scrachloop ”Ghostface Killah literally flies, the rapper's “ self-confidence ” breaks Train.
