Susanne Hüttmann-Stoll

Susanne Hüttmann-Stoll (born April 28, 1959 in Herne ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Social Court .

After their legal education in 1988, Hüttmann-Stoll initially made as a lawyer down, but came in the same year in the social jurisdiction of the country Schleswig-Holstein one within which they as a judge at the Social Court Kiel became active. From 1991 to 1994 she was seconded to the Federal Social Court as a research assistant. Following her secondment, she switched to the social justice system of the State of Brandenburg , where she was appointed judge at the State Social Court of Potsdam . In the period from 1995 to 1998, she was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant . In 2003 Hüttmann-Stoll was appointed presiding judge at the regional social court. In November 2004 she transferred to the Federal Social Court, in whose 12th Senate she initially worked. Since 2013 she has been a member of the 2nd Senate responsible for accident insurance law.
