"Susie" is a composition by Krokus , written by Fernando von Arb and Chris von Rohr . The song can be found at position 8 on the band's third album, Pay It in Metal or Pain Killer . Since the title comes from a time when the band was already making their stylistic change from progressive rock to hard rock , it is remarkable that it was recorded predominantly with undistorted electric guitars. "Susie" was not promoted through a video clip. In addition, the song has not been in the band's live set since the integration of the Maltese lead singer Marc Storace .
Released as a single
"Susie" is the first and only single release from the album Pay It in Metal or Pain Killer and at the same time the band's second single. Although it had the status of a single, a video was not produced for this song but for the rockier compositions "Bye Bye Baby" and "Rock Me, Rock You".
