The Sven skirt is a cliff rocks in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is south of the Oluf Rocks in Gilbert Strait .

Aerial photographs taken between 1955 and 1957 by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) were used for mapping purposes by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the rock in 1960 after the Danish cargo ship Oluf Sven under Captain Jan C. Ryge, who was in service with FIDASE from 1955 to 1956.
