Sviloniai is a village in the Užusaliai district , in the Jonava district , southwest of the city of Jonava , on the A6 highway . It is the center of the subdistrict. The local forest district Svilonys (headquartered in Išorai ) belongs to the Jonava Forestry Office .
history
In 1364 Svilonys was mentioned in crusader chronicles. In the 20th century, the village was the center of the Sviloniai administrative district, which was incorporated into the Užusaliai district in 1963 .
