Sweet Machine is a rock band from Berlin . The members are Saskia Hahn (vocals, guitar), Cornelius "Conner" Rapp (vocals, bass) and Mathias Brendel (drums).
history
Sweet Machine was founded by Hahn and Rapp in the summer of 2005. In 2006 the EP of the same name was released with the songs Run , Brand New Queen , Fish , Serious and wegotwhatittakes . In April 2007, Mathias Brendel took the place of drummer Jacob Thein. Tours in Europe , North America and Australia followed .
In summer 2007 the band was asked by Peaches to do a show with her at the Berlin Festival ; Since then Sweet Machine have also acted as a permanent backing band for Peaches. With Peaches followed appearances at the Exotic Erotic Ball 2007, the Hard New Years Eve 2007 and 2008 in New Zealand and Australia. Since 2009 Sweet Machine Peaches have been accompanying Peaches again, this time on the Peaches World Tour, which will take the musicians to the USA and Canada in autumn 2009 after performing in Europe .
