Vyšné Hágy (German Hochhag or Hochhagi , Hungarian Felsőhági ) is a district in the Slovak town of Vysoké Tatry in the High Tatras between Lake Tschirmer and the main town Altschmecks (Starý Smokovec) at an altitude of 1100  m nm

The place was founded in 1891 by the landowner Franz von Máriassy .

Today it is a health resort where mainly tuberculosis and respiratory diseases are treated. Today's Kurhaus was opened on June 1, 1941; previously the place was only a tourist starting point. There is a stop for the Tatrabahn Electric Railway .
