Svetlana Lwowna Alexejewa ( Russian Светлана Львовна Алексеева ; born March 16 , 1955 in Berlin ) is a Russian figure skating coach and former Soviet ice dancer . She is the holder of the title of Master of Sports of International Rank and Honored Trainer of Russia .

Life

Alexeyeva graduated from the Moscow Central Sports Institute. Her partner was Alexander Boitschuk , her trainer Viktor Ryschkin .

After finishing her sporting career, she worked as a figure skating trainer from 1977 and specialized in ice dancing . She trained the pair skaters Jelena Romanowskaja and Alexander Gratschow , Anastassija Platonowa and Alexander Gratschow, Jekaterina Ryazanowa and Jonathan Guerreiro as well as Maria and Evgeni Borunow .

Alexeyevna worked with Tatyana Tarasova for the first 13 years . Lately she conducted the training together with her daughter Jelena Kustarowa at the Moscow Youth Sports School No. 85 in the FSC Blauer Vogel .

In their group, among others, Yekaterina Bobrowa and Dmitri Solowjow (multiple Russian champions, European champions and World Cup bronze medalists from 2013), Xenia Monko and Kirill Chaljawin ( junior world champion 2011 and two-time winner of the final in the junior Grand Prix) and the four-time Estonian champions ( 2010 to 2013) Taavi Rand and Irina Štork .
