Svetlana Walentinovna Kryuchkova ( Russian Светлана Валентиновна Крючкова , English transcription: Svetlana Valentinovna Kryuchkova ; born February 21, 1985 in Lipetsk ) is a Russian volleyball player .

Career

Kryuchkova began her career in her hometown with Indesit Lipetsk. In 2006 she made her debut in the Russian national team , with which she reached the final of the Grand Prix . In the same year the Libera became world champion in Japan . In 2007 she won the national cup and moved to VK Saretschje Odintsowo . A year later she became Russian champions with the new club. In 2009 Odintsovo took second place in both national competitions. In 2010 the club won the league title again. At the World Cup in Italy Kryuchkova managed to defend the title with Russia. Then she was committed by VK Dynamo Moscow . In 2011 she won the Russian Cup with Moscow. In 2012 there was a second place in the championship. In London Kryuchkova reached the quarter-finals with the national team and thus fifth place at the Olympic Games . After the tournament she moved to VK Dynamo Krasnodar . In 2013 Kryuchkova became European champion with the national team in Germany and Switzerland .
