Sylvie Richterová (born August 20, 1945 in Brno ) is a Czech poet , writer and literary scholar .

Life

After graduating from high school, she studied languages ​​and interpreting in French and Russian. Doctorate (PhDr.) At the Philological Faculty of Charles University in Prague ( 1971), emigrated to Italy in 1971 . There she worked at the universities of Rome (La Sapienza) , Padua and Viterbo .
