The synagogue in Schalbach , a commune in the Moselle department in the French region of Lorraine , was built 1,802th The secular synagogue is on Rue des Juifs.

The synagogue was devastated by the German occupiers during the Second World War and used as a storage room or garage after 1945. To do this, the large gates were broken into the facade. The original arched windows are still clearly visible.
