The former synagogue in Mönchsdeggingen , a community in the Swabian district of Donau-Ries , is located at Albstraße 20/22.
history
The Jewish community of Mönchsdeggingen existed from 1684 to 1879. The Jewish community had a first synagogue in a house built in 1542, a second from 1734 to 1828 and a third from 1828 to 1879, which was built on the site of the second.
Only the first synagogue still exists today. The half-timbered house built in 1542 is now used as a residential building.
