Szilvia Noémi Szabolcsi (born October 12, 1977 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian track cyclist and speed skater .

In 1997 Szilvia Szabolcsi was European track champion (U23) in the sprint , in the 500-meter time trial she finished third. The following year she was third in the sprint, again in 1999 European sprint champion (U23), and in the points race she finished second. In 2001 she started at the World Railroad Championships in Antwerp and finished sixth in the sprint, seventh in the points race and ninth in the points race. In 2002 she was again sixth in the sprint. She was also the Hungarian champion several times.

Szabolcsi is the only track cyclist from Hungary who has also been internationally successful, and also the only one who has so far participated in the Olympic Games for her country. In 2000 she started at the Olympic Games in Sydney and finished fifth in the sprint and twelfth in the time trial.

Szilvia Szabolcsi was also active as a speed skater. In 2002 she became Hungarian champion in the sprint all-around competition.
