Tørring-Uldum Municipality was until December 2006 a Danish municipality in what was then Vejle Amt in east Jutland . Since January 2007, most of it has been part of the new Hedensted municipality together with the “old” Hedensted municipality and the Juelsminde municipality . The parish of Grejs joined the new Vejle municipality .

Tørring-Uldum Municipality was created in the course of the Danish administrative reform of 1970 and comprised the following sogn :

• Hvirring Sogn
• Langskov Sogn
• Linnerup Sogn
• Sindbjerg Sogn
• Tørring Sogn
