Grejs Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Nørvang Herred in what was then Vejle Office , then to Tørring-Uldum Municipality in the expanded Vejle Office . In the run-up to the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 , the municipality decided in a vote on April 19, 2005, as the only one in the Tørring-Uldum municipality, not to become like the other parts of the new Hedensted municipality in the Midtjylland region , but instead to become the To join the “new” Vejle municipality in the Syddanmark region .
1616 inhabitants live in the parish, 1176 of them in the parish village. (As of January 1, 2020). The church “Grejs Kirke” is located in the parish.
