Højen Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Jerlev Herred in what was then Vejle Office , then to Vejle Municipality in the expanded Vejle Office , which was merged into the "new" Vejle municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

1328 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Højen Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Sankt Nikolaj Sogn in the north-east, Skærup Sogn in the east, Smidstrup Sogn in the south-east, Øster Starup Sogn in the south-west, Jerlev Sogn in the west and Skibet Sogn in the north-west .
