Langelund Sogn (until October 1, 2010: Langelund Kirkedistrikt ( German: church district ) in the Ringive Sogn ) is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until October 1, 2010 it was only a church district in the Ringive Sogn. When all church districts in Denmark were dissolved on this date, it became an independent Sogn.

The parish has 676 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Langelund Kirke" is located in the parish.

history

Until 1970 Ringive Sogn belonged to Harde Norvang Herred in what was then Vejle Amt , then to Give Municipality in the expanded Vejle Amt , which was merged into Vejle Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .
