Vester Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Nørvang Herred in what was then Vejle Amt , then to Give Municipality in the expanded Vejle Amt , which was merged into the "new" Vejle Municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

The parish has 359 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Vester Kirke".

Neighboring municipalities are Thyregod Sogn in the west and Øster Nykirke Sogn in the south-east , further in the neighboring Ikast-Brande municipality to the north Ejstrup Sogn and in the north-east Nørre Snede Sogn and in the neighboring Hedensted municipality to the east, Hammer Sogn .
