The Türnleberg is a mountain with a height of 793 m above sea level. NN near the Villingen-Schwenninger district of Mühlhausen. The Türnleberg is located on the former border between Baden and Württemberg , near the Burgrain ( 765 m above sea level ) from Hochemmingen .
Below the Türnleberg (120 m SW) is a burial mound of a Celtic lord of the castle with a diameter of 34 m. The burial mound is on the Türnlebergweg from Burgrain approx. 330 m, in the direction of the B 523 on the right.
On the Türnleberg there was a Celtic settlement and a medieval castle , of which hardly anything can be seen.
