The TBWA is an international advertising agency , which was founded in 1970 in Paris. The name is made up of the first letters of the last names of the four founders: Bill Tragos (Greece), Claude Bonnange (France), Uli Wiesendanger (Switzerland) and Paolo Ajroldi (Italy).
TBWA Germany is part of TBWA Worldwide.
In 98 countries and 305 branches, 11,300 employees work for customers such as Apple , Energizer , Gatorade , GSK , Henkel , McDonald's , Michelin , Nissan , Pernod Ricard , Pfizer , Standard Chartered Bank , Singapore Airlines , Sotheby's , Vente Privee and Vichy .
TBWA has been part of the Omnicom Group since 1993 .
