The TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH , headquartered in Frankfurt (Oder) is a holding company in the brewing industry.

In 2016, TCB ranked 8th among brewery groups in Germany (based on domestic sales) and 29th place worldwide (based on beer output). Around 8.5 million hectoliters were brewed in 2016.

history

The company was founded in 2001 in Berlin . In 2003 the Frankfurt brewery was taken over. Two years later, Viaplast GmbH was founded in Frankfurt (Oder). The company specializes in the production of PET bottles . Another takeover followed in 2006, when the French Brasserie Champigneulles was acquired. In 2009, TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft moved its headquarters to Frankfurt (Oder). The next takeover took place in 2011 when the Dresdner Feldschlößchen brewery was acquired. At the turn of the year 2015/2016, the Gilde Brewery in Hanover was also taken over.
