TNN was an Argentine dance project. The name is an abbreviation and stands for The New Nation .
biography
The musicians Ramón Garriga, Frank Madero and Red Gee founded the TNN project in the early 1990s.
The first joint single was called La Cucamarcha , was released in 1993 and was a new, danceable version of the Mexican revolutionary song La Cucaracha . In June 1994, the song rose to the German charts , reached number nine and was awarded gold .
The follow-up single AyAyAy Cielito received significantly less attention and missed a chart listing. There were no other publications from TNN. Garriga and Madero were henceforth active as a duo called El Simbolo and released various singles and albums until the early 2000s.
