The TVV 93-94 were tender locomotives of the Tisza Railway (Tiszavidéki Vasút, TVV) for mixed operation.

The two steam locomotives were delivered from Budapest in 1878/1879 . The vehicles had internal frames, external engines and internal Stephenson controls. These locomotives developed by the Budapest machine works were the first Central European machines with piston valves. One of them was shown at the Paris World's Fair in 1878 .

In addition to the company numbers 93-94, they were given the names SZOLNOK and KARCSAG with a second line-up.

When the TVV was nationalized in 1880, the vehicles came to the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV), which initially assigned them the numbers 391–392, in the second scheme, the category IIId with the numbers 2241–2242. In the third scheme valid from 1911, they were then referred to as 314,001–002.
