For this season , the team within the Dresden group was integrated into Season 2 of the Gauliga Sachsen . Since the game operation was canceled in December 1944 due to the advancing Second World War , the team only played six games. In qualifying for the Tschammer Cup in 1938 , the team already competed once in the first preliminary round on May 8, 1938 against Guts Mut Dresden ; the game was lost 2-0.
