Tag Team was an American hip hop group from Atlanta , Georgia that existed from 1993 to 1995.

Tag Team consisted of the members Cecil Glenn (DC the Brain Supreme) and Steve Gibson (Steve Roll'n). Her biggest hit was the song Whoomp! (There it is) , which was No. 2 in the US singles chart in 1993 and No. 15 in the German singles charts. In the US, the single was awarded four platinum records . The album of the same name went gold. The group falls under the name of a classic one-hit wonder, which is typical for the music industry .
