Taganana is a village in the administrative district (district) of Anaga in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the northeast of the Spanish island of Tenerife .

Taganana is located on the northern edge of the Anaga Mountains in northeast Tenriffa. The place can only be reached by vehicle via the TF-134 road, which descends with a gradient of up to 16% from the heights of the mountains to the seashore. It can be reached via the TF-12 either from La Laguna or from Santa Cruz via San Andrés .
