Tahiti International
The Tahiti International are the open international championships of French Polynesia in badminton . With the organization of international title fights, on the one hand, the efforts of the Badminton Federation of French Polynesia to help the sport of badminton gain further popularity in the country and, on the other hand, the efforts of the Badminton World Federation, countries and regions that have not yet been included in the international tournament cycle were involved to integrate there. Points were awarded for the badminton world rankings in the tournaments documented so far .
