Mount Taibai ( Chinese  太白 山 , Pinyin Tàibái Shān ) is a mountain on the border between the Mei , Taibai and Zhouzhi districts in the southwest of the Chinese province of Shaanxi . The highest point, called Baxian Tower, rises to 3750 m and is the highest point of the Qin Ling mountain range ( 秦嶺 山脈  /  秦岭 山脉 , Qín Lǐng Shānmài ) and the province of Shaanxi. This makes it part of the watershed between the river systems of the Yellow River and the Yangtze River .
