Takatsukasa Norihira ( Japanese 鷹 司 教 平 ; * February 14, 1609 ; † November 7, 1668 ) was a scion of the noble family Takatsukasa , which was revived by Takatsukasa Nobufusa , originally descended from Konoe Iezane , who was considered worthy enough as one of the go-sekke Providing rulers for Japanese rulers.
