Takayuki Fujikawa ( Japanese 藤 川 孝 幸 , Fujikawa Takayuki ; born October 10, 1962 in Kanagawa Prefecture ; † November 15, 2018 ) was a Japanese football player .

Career

Fujikawa learned to play soccer on the Yomiuri youth team . He signed his first contract with Yomiuri in 1981 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1983, 1984, 1986/87, 1990/91 and 1991/92 . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, the Yomiuri became Verdy Kawasaki . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1993 and 1994 . For the club he completed 82 first division games. At the end of 1995 he ended his career as a football player.
