Career

Shigehara learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Ikuei High School . He signed his first contract with Vissel Kobe in 2000 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed 15 first division games. In 2002 he moved to the second division side Kawasaki Frontale . For the club he completed 69 games. In 2004 he moved to the first division club Kashiwa Reysol . For the club, he completed 15 first division games.
