Takeo Harada ( Japanese 原田 武 男 , Harada Takeo ; born October 2, 1971 in Saga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player and coach.

Career

Harada learned to play soccer on the school team at Kunimi High School and the university team at Waseda University . He signed his first contract with Yokohama Flügels in 1994 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1997 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup . In 1998 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club. For the club, he completed 107 first division games. In 1999 he moved to league rivals Cerezo Osaka . For the club he completed 41 first division games. In June 2000 he moved to league rivals Kawasaki Frontale . In 2000 he reached the final of the J.League Cup . For the club, he completed 15 first division games. In 2001 he moved to the second division club Ōita Trinita . For the club he completed 40 games. In 2002 he moved to league rivals Avispa Fukuoka . For the club he completed 49 games. He then played for V-Varen Nagasaki (2005-2010). At the end of 2010 he ended his career as a football player.
