Takeshi Kanamori ( Japanese 金森 健 志 , Kanamori Takeshi ; born April 4, 1994 in Fukuoka , Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Takeshi Kanamori learned to play soccer on the school teams of Wakahisa Soccer Sports Shonendan , Chikuyo Gakuen Jr. High School and Chikuyo Gakuen High School . From September 2012 to January 2013, he was on loan from high school to Avispa Fukuoka . In 2013 he was then signed by Avispa. The club from Fukuoka , the largest city on the island of Kyushu , played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2015 he took third place in the table with the club and rose to the first division. After 132 games for Fukuoka, he left the club in 2017 and joined league rivals Kashima Antlers . In 2017 he won the Japanese Supercup with the Antlers . In the final, they defeated the Urawa Red Diamonds 3-2. He won the AFC Champions League with the club in 2018 .
