Takuya Takei ( Japanese 武 井 択 也 Takei Takuya ; born January 25, 1986 in Tochigi Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Takei learned to play football in the university team of the Ryūtsū Keizai University . He signed his first contract with Gamba Osaka in 2008 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2008 he won the AFC Champions League with the club . In 2008 and 2009 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . In 2010 he was runner-up in the J1 League with the club. At the end of the 2012 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2013 he won the J2 League championship with the club. For the club he completed 95 league games. In 2014 he moved to the first division club Vegalta Sendai . For the club he completed 18 first division games. In 2016 he moved to the second division club Matsumoto Yamaga FC . For the club he completed 38 league games. At the end of 2017 he ended his career as a football player.
