Talusan is a Filipino municipality in the province of Zamboanga Sibugay on the island of Mindanao . It has 29,969 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). Talusan was founded on November 11, 1977.
history
In October 2011, thousands of residents fled the city after fighting between government forces and the MILF .
