Tamsin "Taz" Causer (born May 20, 1974 in Karachi ; † May 26, 2006 in Barcelona ) was a British skydiver .

Tamsin Causer was world champion and four-time world record holder in skydiving.

She died on May 26, 2006 at the age of 32 in a canopy relative jump (one jumper stands on another's open parachute while jumping) after a collision with Maria Russell in the air over the Costa Brava , north of Barcelona . The accident happened immediately after Causer opened the parachute.
