Tanoa is a tiny island in the Ha'apai Archipelago , part of the Kingdom of Tonga .
geography
The Motu is located in the center of ʻOtu Muʻomuʻa together with Fonoifua and Meama , as well as the reefs Mai Reef and Lua Anga . In the west are the islands of Nukufaiau and Nukutula and in the east is the island group ʻOtu Tolu Group with Fetokopunga .
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Ha'apai group, Tanoa is occasionally hit by cyclones .
