Tarō Sugahara ( Japanese 菅原 太郎 Sugahara Tarō ; born June 14, 1981 in Shiga Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Sugahara learned to play soccer on the school team at Shizuoka Gakuen High School . He signed his first contract with Mirassol FC in 2000 . In 2001 he moved to the first division club Kashiwa Reysol . In 2003 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . In 2004 he moved to the second division Sagan Tosu . He then played for Ehime FC , Branches Kanazawa , Grulla Morioka , Blaublitz Akita , Sony Sendai FC and Hoyo Oita . At the end of 2014, he ended his career as a football player.
