Taras Mykolaovych Boychuk

Taras Mykolajovytsch Boychuk (* 17th March 1966 in the village Lukiwzi now Lukawzi , Vyzhnytsia Raion , Chernivtsi Oblast ) is a Ukrainian scientist in the field of Chronobiology and chrono Toxicology , Doctor of Medical Sciences (1999), Professor (2002), rector of Bukowynischen State Medical University (2010), President of the Association of Graduates of the Bukovynian State Medical University (2012), Academician of the Academy of Sciences for Higher Education of Ukraine (since 2010).

Education, academic degree

In 1989 he graduated from the State Medical Institute in Chernivtsi , specializing in "Medicine". Candidate in Medical Sciences since (1995), Doctor in Medical Sciences since (1999), Professor (2002).

career

After graduating from the medical institute, he made his way from laboratory technician to senior assistant in the laboratory for water hygiene and sanitary water tank protection of the research institute for medical and ecological problems of the Ministry of Health Protection. After completing his doctoral thesis in 1994, he worked as an assistant and later as a lecturer at the chair for medical biology and genetics at the Bukovynian State Medical Academy. In 1999 he received his doctorate thesis. 2002 professor. 2000–2003 Dean of the Faculties of Pediatrics and Medicine of the Bukovynian State Medical Academy. From 2004 to 2007 he held the post of deputy head of the Department of Education and Science of the Department of Management Policy, Education and Science. Since 2007 he has been the rector of the Kyiev Medical University of the Ukrainian Association of Folk Medicine, Head of the Department of Normal Physiology and Medical Biology. On April 7, 2010, at the request of the Ministry of Health Protection, he was appointed Deputy Rector of the Bukovynian State Medical University. On November 12, 2010, at the Conference of Staff of the Bukovynian State Medical University, he was elected rector of the university by secret ballot.

Scientific interests

Research directions: Chronology Research activities: Chronotoxicology, laser poljarymetry of biological objects. Author of 164 scientific papers, including 10 textbooks and 8 monographs. Has trained 3 candidates in medical sciences, 1 doctorate in medical sciences, conducts preliminary training for 3 doctoral students and 2 aspirants. Publishing editor of the scientific and practical journals: "Clinical and experimental pathology", "Bukovynian medical Visnyk", "Neonatology, surgery and perinatal medicine"
